Le r\u00e9sum\u00e9 de cet article est le suivant&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019OMS (Organisation mondiale de la sant\u00e9) et l\u2019OIT (Organisation internationale du Travail) alertent sur les effets du surmenage : travailler plus de 55 heures par semaine augmente fortement les risques de maladies cardiovasculaires, d\u2019AVC et de troubles psychiques, causant plus de 745 000 d\u00e9c\u00e8s en 2016.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Malgr\u00e9 les r\u00e9formes limitant le temps de travail, le ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne progresse depuis 2000, notamment
