<strong>Yin &#8211; Yang Yoga<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>Pour lui, le Yin Yoga vient d&rsquo;une tradition tao\u00efste ancienne qui propose de vivre en harmonie avec le rythme de la nature en r\u00e9gulant notamment la <strong>circulation de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cet art de la long\u00e9vit\u00e9 qu&rsquo;il a re\u00e7u de ses ma\u00eetres en arts martiaux, il le partage aujourd&rsquo;hui avec ses \u00e9l\u00e8ves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Paulie est en effet avant tout un ma\u00eetre de Kung-fu (art martial chinois) form\u00e9 par ma\u00eetre Cho Chat Ling, mais il pratique aussi le Yoga depuis l&rsquo;adolescence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tr\u00e8s souple &#8211; certaines de ses postures sont vraiment impressionnantes &#8211; Paulie pr\u00e9cise que le rendre si populaire en Am\u00e9rique, et maintenant en Europe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C&rsquo;est apr\u00e8s une blessure qu&rsquo;il se d\u00e9tourne du Hatha-Yoga (il pratique alors une forme dynamique, physique et acrobatique), pour se tourner vers la forme statique, relaxante et douce du Yin Yoga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il apporte notamment dans son enseignement sa connaissance profonde&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>de l&rsquo;<strong>anatomie<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>et des <strong>chakras<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>A la diff\u00e9rence de Paulie qui est connect\u00e9 au milieu des arts martiaux chinois, Paul est d\u00e9j\u00e0 connect\u00e9 au milieu du Yoga am\u00e9ricain ce qui a sans aucun doute largement contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 \u00e0 cinq minutes dans un \u00e9tat de relaxation<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour apporter leurs bienfaits, ces postures doivent \u00eatre confortables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aucune sensation d\u00e9sagr\u00e9able ne doit appara\u00eetre, car dans ce cas il convient de modifier sa position corporelle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour ce faire, il suffit d&rsquo;ajouter ici un coussin, l\u00e0 un bloc, ou bien d&rsquo;utiliser une couverture pour toujours rester bien au chaud, comme dans un cocon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;une des autres caract\u00e9ristiques du Yin Yoga est qu&rsquo;<strong>un \u00e9chauffement n&rsquo;est pas n\u00e9cessaire<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En effet, en allant directement mais doucement dans la posture, les muscles, les tendons, les ligaments, les fascias, trouvent la bonne position.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C&rsquo;est dans l&rsquo;immobilit\u00e9 qu&rsquo;il est possible d&rsquo;aller plus loin en avan\u00e7ant sur le chemin du l\u00e2cher prise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour cela, il faut toujours respecter son corps, car c&rsquo;est bel et bien lui qui doit d\u00e9cider, non un mental egocentr\u00e9 trop ambitieux risquant de conduire vers l&rsquo;accident.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Une_pratique_a_personnaliser\"><\/span><strong>Une pratique \u00e0 personnaliser<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>N&rsquo;oublions jamais que le squelette est diff\u00e9rent d&rsquo;une personne \u00e0 une autre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il faut donc accepter cette diff\u00e9rence physiologique sans vouloir copier, voire d\u00e9passer, la souplesse du voisin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Le Yin Yoga propose donc au yogi une mani\u00e8re personnalis\u00e9e de pratiquer.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D&rsquo;o\u00f9 l&rsquo;importance de ne pas forcer, de laisser \u00e0 son corps le soin d&rsquo;indiquer la limite \u00e0 ne pas d\u00e9passer pour \u00eatre efficace tout en restant confortable (donc sans douleur).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ainsi, avec la r\u00e9p\u00e9tition des s\u00e9ances qui doivent \u00eatre r\u00e9guli\u00e8res, il est possible de progresser sur la voie de la souplesse quel que soit le niveau de d\u00e9part, et quel que soit l&rsquo;\u00e2ge du pratiquant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En ce qui concerne la r\u00e9gularit\u00e9, id\u00e9alement il lib\u00e9ration des diff\u00e9rents n\u0153uds \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques et physiques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La pratique du Yin Yoga vise ainsi \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer et \u00e0 <strong>pr\u00e9server la
