vitale qui anime l\u2019ensemble des fonctions du corps et de l\u2019esprit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le terme peut \u00eatre traduit litt\u00e9ralement par <strong>\u00ab travail de l\u2019\u00e9nergie \u00bb.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En effet&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Qi = \u00e9nergie,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>et Gong = travail, ma\u00eetrise, discipline.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il d\u00e9signe donc un ensemble de m\u00e9thodes visant \u00e0 cultiver cette \u00e9nergie vitale de mani\u00e8re consciente, progressive et structur\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le Chi Gong se pratique sous la forme d\u2019une <strong>gymnastique douce, lente et l\u2019accent non pas sur la force musculaire, la vitesse ou la performance externe, mais sur <strong>le travail interne du corps et de l\u2019esprit<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Contrairement aux arts martiaux dits \u00ab externes \u00bb, centr\u00e9s sur la puissance, la technique visible et l\u2019explosivit\u00e9, les arts martiaux internes privil\u00e9gient la qualit\u00e9 du mouvement, la circulation de l\u2019\u00e9nergie, l\u2019alignement postural et la pr\u00e9sence mentale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Parmi les arts martiaux internes les plus connus, on retrouve notamment&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>le Qi Gong,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>le Tai Chi Chuan<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>et le Xing Yi
