\u00bb, fond\u00e9s sur la force, la vitesse et l\u2019impact, le Tai Chi s\u2019appuie sur la circulation de l\u2019\u00e9nergie interne, la qualit\u00e9 de pr\u00e9sence et l\u2019\u00e9conomie du geste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans son sens traditionnel, le Tai Ji Quan est \u00e0 la fois :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>une discipline ex\u00e9cut\u00e9s sans rupture, dans un rythme r\u00e9gulier, favorisant un \u00e9tat de concentration calme et stable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">C\u2019est pourquoi il est souvent d\u00e9crit comme une m\u00e9ditation en mouvement ou une <strong>m\u00e9ditation active<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Au-del\u00e0 de la forme \u00e0 mains nues, la pratique peut int\u00e9grer :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>des exercices de base (postures, d\u00e9placements, spirales),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>le travail \u00e0 deux (\u00e9coute, pouss\u00e9es,
