d\u2019ingestion et selon son usage peut avoir un effet tonique, relaxant, anti-inflammatoire\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le mot th\u00e9rapie vient du grec <em>therapeia<\/em>, qui signifie \u00ab <strong>soin<\/strong> \u00bb ou \u00ab <strong>traitement<\/strong> \u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Une th\u00e9rapie d\u00e9signe donc une m\u00e9thode structur\u00e9e visant \u00e0 pr\u00e9venir, soulager ou traiter un trouble.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019hydroth\u00e9rapie est ainsi un soin par l\u2019eau, utilis\u00e9 depuis l\u2019Antiquit\u00e9 dans diff\u00e9rentes cultures&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>thermes romains,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>bains grecs,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ou encore traditions thermales
