r\u00e9ellement addict au sport ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pourquoi l\u2019activit\u00e9 physique, pourtant b\u00e9n\u00e9fique pour la sant\u00e9, peut-elle devenir envahissante ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Et surtout, comment \u00e9viter de basculer dans une spirale excessive ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans cet article, nous allons explorer les m\u00e9canismes biologiques, psychologiques et soci\u00e9taux de l\u2019addiction au sport, comprendre quand elle devient probl\u00e9matique, et identifier les pistes pour pr\u00e9server un rapport sain \u00e0 sa pratique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Quest-ce_quetre_addict\"><\/span>Qu\u2019est-ce qu\u2019\u00eatre addict ?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le terme \u00ab addict \u00bb d\u00e9signe une personne qui d\u00e9veloppe une d\u00e9pendance \u00e0 une substance trompeuse, puisqu&rsquo;une addiction, m\u00eame tourn\u00e9e vers un comportement socialement valoris\u00e9, reste une <strong>perte de libert\u00e9<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ce n\u2019est pas l\u2019objet (le sport) qui d\u00e9finit l\u2019addiction, mais la relation que l\u2019on entretient avec lui.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p
