une surcharge cognitive li\u00e9e au traitement de l\u2019information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ce glissement est fondamental pour comprendre les formes contemporaines de fatigue psychique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pendant longtemps, la notion de surcharge a \u00e9t\u00e9 abord\u00e9e sous l\u2019angle organisationnel :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>trop de responsabilit\u00e9s,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>trop de choses \u00e0 g\u00e9rer,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>et trop de d\u00e9cisions \u00e0 prendre.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cette approche correspond \u00e0 ce que l\u2019on appelle la <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.agoracademie.com\/blog\/surcharge-mentale\/\">surcharge mentale<\/a><\/strong>, soit une probl\u00e9matique que vous avez peut-\u00eatre d\u00e9j\u00e0 explor\u00e9e ailleurs (notamment dans ce blog).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mais g\u00e9rer des t\u00e2ches.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Surcharge cognitive<\/strong> : difficult\u00e9 \u00e0 traiter un flux massif d\u2019informations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le probl\u00e8me n\u2019est donc plus seulement \u00ab&nbsp;penser trop&nbsp;\u00bb, mais <strong>traiter trop d\u2019informations, trop vite, et souvent
