class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Contrairement au stress classique, il s\u2019inscrit dans la dur\u00e9e et s\u2019ancre dans des dynamiques sociales profondes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans cet article, nous allons explorer ce qu\u2019est r\u00e9ellement le <strong>stress des minorit\u00e9s<\/strong>, ses m\u00e9canismes psychologiques, ses cons\u00e9quences sur la sant\u00e9 mentale et physique, ainsi que les pistes d\u2019accompagnement possibles dans un cadre professionnel ou th\u00e9rapeutique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2
