pr\u00e9c\u00e9dents, parlons du mal du si\u00e8cle en quelques mots et aussi, et malheureusement, en quelques maux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Comment_ca_marche\"><\/span><strong>Comment \u00e7a marche ?<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le stress n\u2019est pas nouveau m\u00eame si le mot a lui \u00e9t\u00e9 invent\u00e9 seulement dans les ann\u00e9es 50, par un canadien, Hans Selye. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il s\u2019agit d\u2019<strong>une r\u00e9ponse de notre organisme, sous forme de tension, \u00e0 la pression ext\u00e9rieure<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Par exemple une agression verbale ou physique, un changement personnel ou professionnel : <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>s\u00e9paration \u2013 rupture, <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>deuil, <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>conflit, <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>perte d\u2019un emploi <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>mais aussi naissance d\u2019un enfant ou promotion\u2026 <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Et oui, la tension est partout m\u00eame si elle r\u00e9sulte d\u2019un changement tr\u00e8s positif pour soi\u2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mis sous pression, votre organisme va faire de son mieux pour s\u2019adapter en d\u00e9clenchant une cascade de r\u00e9actions neurophysiologiques (r\u00e9actions nerveuses et hormonales).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ce processus passe par trois phases bien distinctes que voici.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Lalarme\"><\/span>L&rsquo;alarme<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La premi\u00e8re phase est la <strong>phase d\u2019alarme<\/strong> qui correspond \u00e0 une r\u00e9action d\u2019urgence. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Puisque le corps est d\u2019une certaine mani\u00e8re attaqu\u00e9, il va se mobiliser pour faire face au mieux \u00e0 l\u2019agression en utilisant ses ressources. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">C\u2019est d\u00e8s ce moment-l\u00e0 que vous devez id\u00e9alement agir en calmant le jeu pour \u00e9viter l\u2019escalade c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire passer de cette phase aux deux autres. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cela est possible notamment en rep\u00e9rant les signaux d\u2019alarmes qui vous sont propres comme par exemple une acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration de votre rythme cardiaque, une sensation de naus\u00e9e ou d\u2019anxi\u00e9t\u00e9, de la col\u00e8re ou de l\u2019agressivit\u00e9, etc. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Astuce :<\/strong> r\u00e9alisez d\u00e8s maintenant votre liste de signaux d\u2019alarmes afin de pouvoir stopper le processus lors d\u2019une prochaine pouss\u00e9e de stress.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Ladaptation\"><\/span>L&rsquo;adaptation<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La deuxi\u00e8me est la <strong>phase d\u2019adaptation<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019organisme r\u00e9siste tant bien que mal et pour ce faire il mobilise ses r\u00e9serves \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques pour retrouver un \u00e9quilibre et une solution adapt\u00e9e \u00e0 la situation. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le risque est ici de passer malheureusement plus ou moins rapidement \u00e0 la troisi\u00e8me phase, beaucoup plus dangereuse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Lepuisement\"><\/span>L&rsquo;\u00e9puisement<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La <strong>phase d\u2019\u00e9puisement<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u00e0, puisque vous avez soutenu vos efforts trop longtemps, vos r\u00e9serves s\u2019\u00e9puisent et vous \u00eates en train de vous consumer. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sans repos, \u00e9puis\u00e9, vous glissez doucement mais surement vers le burn-out (l\u2019\u00e9puisement n\u2019a pas qu\u2019une cause professionnelle) et son lot de maux tous plus inqui\u00e9tants les uns que les autres\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Il_est_facile_dagir\"><\/span>Il est facile d&rsquo;agir !<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La bonne nouvelle est qu\u2019il s\u2019agit d\u2019<strong>une tension ordinaire sur laquelle il est possible d\u2019agir facilement<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour ce faire, il suffit de rep\u00e9rer les pouss\u00e9es d\u00e8s la phase d\u2019alarme mais aussi et surtout de les anticiper. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En effet, la gestion du stress et des \u00e9motions est principalement une question de pr\u00e9vention et de formation. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il faut donc adopter des r\u00e8gles simples comme par exemple une bonne hygi\u00e8ne de vie pour bien se d\u00e9fendre contre toutes formes de tension ou une bonne communication pour notamment \u00e9viter les conflits mais aussi pour apprendre \u00e0 s\u2019\u00e9couter ou plus exactement pour apprendre \u00e0 \u00e9couter son corps, ses sensations, ses \u00e9motions&#8230; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">C\u2019est gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 cet apprentissage simple \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser et rapide \u00e0 ma\u00eetriser, que vous allez pouvoir \u00e0 terme mieux g\u00e9rer votre stress et vos \u00e9motions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Notre_formation_gestion_du_stress\"><\/span>Notre formation gestion du stress<span
