mais dont les r\u00e9ponses sont simples : comment se relaxer ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chaque jour, nous accumulons des tensions physiques et psychiques qui se traduisent toujours au niveau corporel par des tensions :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>musculaires,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>articulaires<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>et\/ou respiratoires.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Le corps est toujours le si\u00e8ge de ces manifestations.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>Comme le corps et l&rsquo;esprit sont li\u00e9s, une tension musculaire est toujours accompagn\u00e9e d&rsquo;une tension mentale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Et inversement une tension mentale est toujours accompagn\u00e9e d&rsquo;une tension physique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Par exemple, la mont\u00e9e d&rsquo;une \u00e9motion va cr\u00e9er des tensions ; ces tensions vont amplifier l&rsquo;\u00e9motion qui a son tour va cr\u00e9er d&rsquo;autres tensions\u2026 et ainsi de suite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C&rsquo;est une r\u00e9action en cha\u00eene, un \u00ab\u00a0cercle vicieux\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tout l&rsquo;int\u00e9r\u00eat est l\u00e0 car l&rsquo;inverse est aussi vrai et cette r\u00e9action en cha\u00eene est utilis\u00e9e pour rendre le \u00ab\u00a0cercle vertueux\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En effet, comme le rel\u00e2chement musculaire induit une d\u00e9tente mentale, <strong>en modifiant l&rsquo;\u00e9tat de contraction musculaire, il est possible d&rsquo;agir sur la tension psychique<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Et par ricochet, sur les troubles et sympt\u00f4mes qui en d\u00e9coulent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C&rsquo;est un proc\u00e9d\u00e9 simple que
