relaxation dynamique et la sophrologie<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La m\u00e9thode a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9e dans les ann\u00e9es 1960 par un m\u00e9decin colombien, le docteur Alfonso Caycedo (n\u00e9 \u00e0 Bogota en 1932). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il est \u00e9galement l&rsquo;auteur de la RDC c&rsquo;est-\u00e0-dire la <strong>Relaxation Dynamique de Caycedo<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Apr\u00e8s un parcours d\u2019\u00e9tude classique de m\u00e9decine r\u00e9alis\u00e9 en Espagne, son dipl\u00f4me de neuropsychiatre en poche, le docteur Caycedo d\u00e9veloppe ses connaissances dans d\u2019autres domaines notamment lors de son voyage en Orient. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il s\u2019initie alors notamment au yoga en Inde et au <a href=\"https:\/\/www.agoracademie.com\/blog\/qu-est-ce-que-la-meditation-zen\/\">zen<\/a> au Japon. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cette exp\u00e9rience initiatique lui permettra de cr\u00e9er les trois premiers degr\u00e9s de la relaxation dynamique, en prenant soin d\u2019adapter les techniques apprises \u00e0 notre culture occidentale (elles seront ainsi plus faciles \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser et \u00e0 m\u00e9moriser). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p
