est un exercice simple qui permet de rel\u00e2cher les tensions et de retrouver rapidement un \u00e9tat de calme int\u00e9rieur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Issue de la tradition du Zen, cette pratique associe <a href=\"https:\/\/www.agoracademie.com\/blog\/respiration\/\">respiration<\/a> consciente, mouvement du corps et visualisation mentale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Facile \u00e0 mettre en place, la respiration zen peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9e dans diff\u00e9rentes situations :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>apr\u00e8s une journ\u00e9e stressante,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>avant une activit\u00e9 importante,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ou simplement pour prendre un moment de recentrage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans cet article, nous vous pr\u00e9sentons cette technique telle qu\u2019elle est utilis\u00e9e dans certaines pratiques de relaxation et de gestion du un moyen de d\u00e9velopper la pr\u00e9sence \u00e0 soi et d\u2019apaiser l\u2019esprit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cet exercice sur la respiration zen, que j\u2019utilise souvent dans le cadre de ma pratique en <strong>gestion du stress et en relaxation<\/strong>, ou encore lors d\u2019un entra\u00eenement d\u2019arts martiaux, vient justement de cet univers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En effet, cette technique m\u2019a \u00e9t\u00e9 enseign\u00e9e par un ma\u00eetre Zen lors d\u2019une <strong>journ\u00e9e de Sesshin<\/strong>, une p\u00e9riode intensive consacr\u00e9e \u00e0 la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.agoracademie.com\/blog\/qu-est-ce-que-la-meditation-zen\/\">m\u00e9ditation<\/a> et \u00e0 la pratique spirituelle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ce type de transmission directe est fr\u00e9quent dans les traditions m\u00e9ditatives : les exercices sont souvent simples dans leur forme, mais ils reposent sur une <strong>attention particuli\u00e8re port\u00e9e \u00e0 la respiration et aux sensations du corps<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" simple \u00e0 pratiquer, \u00e0 condition de bien comprendre son principe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Elle associe respiration abdominale, mouvement du buste et visualisation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Voici comment faire&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Mettez en place votre <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.agoracademie.com\/blog\/respiration-ventrale\/\">respiration ventrale<\/a><\/strong> (voir notre autre fiche technique pr\u00e9sentant cet exercice id\u00e9al pour vous mener vers une parfaite relaxation et pour r\u00e9guler votre stress).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En expirant par la bouche (le ventre se creuse), inclinez progressivement votre buste vers l\u2019avant et imaginez qu\u2019avec l\u2019air expir\u00e9, vous rejetez tous les d\u00e9chets de votre corps (gaz carbonique, impuret\u00e9, n\u00e9gativit\u00e9\u2026). Cela, comme si vous \u00e9tiez en train de \u00ab vomir \u00bb votre dernier repas qui vous reste sur l\u2019estomac\u2026<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En inspirant par le nez (le ventre se gonfle), redressez progressivement le buste et imaginez qu\u2019avec l\u2019air absorb\u00e9 vous absorbez de l\u2019\u00e9nergie (oxyg\u00e8ne, puret\u00e9, positivit\u00e9\u2026). Comme si vous \u00e9tiez en train de prendre un grand bol d\u2019air pur \u00e0 la mer ou \u00e0 la montagne\u2026<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Faites cet exercice de <strong>respiration zen trois fois \u00e0 fond<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mais faites cela en prenant conscience qu\u2019\u00e0 chaque inspire et qu\u2019\u00e0 chaque class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tout d\u2019abord, le fait de ralentir volontairement la respiration peut contribuer \u00e0 <strong>diminuer l\u2019agitation mentale et les tensions li\u00e9es au stress<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ensuite, le mouvement du buste accompagne la respiration et favorise une sensation de rel\u00e2chement physique&nbsp;; le corps participe donc pleinement \u00e0 l\u2019exercice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Enfin, la visualisation mentale joue \u00e9galement un r\u00f4le important, car imaginer que l\u2019on expulse les tensions \u00e0 l\u2019expiration et que l\u2019on absorbe de l\u2019\u00e9nergie \u00e0 l\u2019inspiration, permet de renforcer l\u2019effet de l\u2019exercice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cette combinaison entre respiration, mouvement et imagination explique pourquoi ce type de pratique est souvent utilis\u00e9 dans des disciplines comme :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul
