id=\"Quest-ce_que_la_communication_ericksonienne\"><\/span>Qu\u2019est-ce que la communication ericksonienne ?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La communication ericksonienne d\u00e9signe une forme de communication indirecte inspir\u00e9e des travaux du psychiatre am\u00e9ricain Milton H. Erickson (1901\u20131980), fondateur de l\u2019hypnose moderne dite ericksonienne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Contrairement \u00e0 une communication directe, rationnelle et argumentative, la communication ericksonienne s\u2019adresse prioritairement \u00e0 l\u2019inconscient, en utilisant des d\u00e9tours symboliques tels que les m\u00e9taphores, les contes, les anecdotes, les suggestions indirectes ou encore les reformulations permissives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Son principe fondamental repose sur l\u2019id\u00e9e que l\u2019inconscient poss\u00e8de d\u00e9j\u00e0 les ressources n\u00e9cessaires au changement, \u00e0 condition qu\u2019on lui parle dans un langage qu\u2019il comprend.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c0 savoir un langage imag\u00e9, analogique, respectueux du rythme et de la singularit\u00e9 de la personne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La communication ericksonienne ne cherche donc pas \u00e0 convaincre, ni \u00e0 imposer une solution, mais \u00e0 <strong>ouvrir un espace int\u00e9rieur permettant \u00e0 chacun de trouver ses propres r\u00e9ponses<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Utilis\u00e9e initialement dans un cadre th\u00e9rapeutique, cette approche s\u2019est progressivement \u00e9tendue \u00e0 d\u2019autres domaines comme la formation, le coaching, la p\u00e9dagogie, l\u2019accompagnement du changement et, plus r\u00e9cemment, le management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"La_communication_ericksonienne_a-t-elle_sa_place_en_entreprise\"><\/span>La communication ericksonienne a-t-elle sa place en entreprise ?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La r\u00e9ponse est simple : <strong>oui<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bien s\u00fbr, en entreprise il n\u2019est pas question d\u2019utiliser la communication ericksonienne dans un but psychoth\u00e9rapeutique car le manager n\u2019est pas un psychoth\u00e9rapeute.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ceci dit, un bon manager cherche \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper les potentiels de ses collaborateurs tout comme <strong>Milton Erickson<\/strong> cherchait \u00e0 induire un changement positif en <a href=\"https:\/\/www.agoracademie.com\/blog\/qu-est-ce-que-l-hypnose-ericksonienne\/\">hypnose<\/a> (en gestion du stress notamment cette m\u00e9thode fait des miracles).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Puisque ces outils ont fait leurs preuves en terme d\u2019efficacit\u00e9 dans l\u2019accompagnement des personnes en difficult\u00e9s, le manager coach a tout int\u00e9r\u00eat \u00e0 les utiliser pour le bien de tous.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Voici une petite histoire qui me permet aujourd\u2019hui d\u2019affirmer que la communication ericksonienne :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>les <strong>contes<\/strong>, <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>les <strong>m\u00e9taphores <\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>et les autres techniques de cette m\u00e9thode, <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">sont des outils qui ont totalement leur place en entreprise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div savoir.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">C\u2019est le cas de mon premier manager qui utilisait tr\u00e8s souvent les m\u00e9taphores pour v\u00e9hiculer son message.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans le cadre de ma formation, j\u2019avais du mal \u00e0 comprendre et donc \u00e0 retenir l\u2019enseignement propos\u00e9. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En effet, mon formateur \u00e9tait un tr\u00e8s bon technicien mais un pi\u00e8tre communicant. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">C\u2019est gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019intervention r\u00e9guli\u00e8re du manager et \u00e0 l\u2019utilisation de la communication indirecte que j\u2019ai eu la possibilit\u00e9 de progresser enfin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Non seulement j\u2019ai rattrap\u00e9 le temps perdu mais j\u2019ai surtout d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 une forte motivation \u00e0 apprendre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Du coup, voyant la rapidit\u00e9 de ma progression, le formateur :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>a commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 copier ce mod\u00e8le de communication <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>et \u00e0 changer sa mani\u00e8re de transmettre son savoir.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">J\u2019ai revu \u00ab par hasard \u00bb ce manager il y a quelques mois. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nous avons \u00e9voqu\u00e9 ses dispositions naturelles \u00e0 communiquer et sa r\u00e9ussite \u00e0 faire passer les messages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Je lui ai parl\u00e9 d\u2019Erickson et de la puissance sans limite de sa m\u00e9thode.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il m\u2019a parl\u00e9 de son grand-p\u00e8re Roland et de son g\u00e9nie pour raconter les histoires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Oui, Roland \u00e9tait un conteur et mon ami le manager un
